Refund Policy

At EyesOn Marine & Home Services, we take pride in delivering reliable, high-quality care for your shore home. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent when it comes to refunds.

1. Cancellations with Notice

  • Services canceled with 48 hours or more notice are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future service.

  • For bundled or prepaid packages, the unused portion will be refunded or credited upon request.

2. Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee to cover reserved time and preparation.

3. No-Show or Inaccessible Property

  • If our team arrives and cannot access the property due to missing keys, incorrect codes, or other barriers, a $25 rescheduling fee may apply. No refund will be issued for the missed visit.

4. Service Concerns

  • If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will review the concern and, if appropriate, offer a partial refund, service credit, or re-service at no additional charge.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a focus on fairness and client satisfaction.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Emergency response fees, vendor coordination hours, and completed concierge add-ons are non-refundable once delivered.
