We provide property care services including home watch, cleaning, seasonal prep, storm recovery, and concierge support for homeowners in Avalon, NJ and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on property size, condition, and access. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our scope or service area.

 

2. Booking & Payment

• Services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

• Emergency services may be available upon request and are subject to availability and an additional fee.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless part of a monthly or bundled package.

• Accepted payment methods include credit card, Venmo, PayPal, or check.

• Invoices are sent electronically and are due within 7 days of receipt.

• Late payments may incur a $25 administrative fee.

 

3. Access & Property Entry

• Clients must provide clear access instructions (e.g., key, lockbox code, smart entry) prior to service.

• If access is not available at the scheduled time, a $25 rescheduling fee may apply.

• We are not responsible for delays or missed services due to inaccessible properties.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Services canceled with 48+ hours notice incur no fee.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a $25 service charge.

• Rescheduling is permitted at no charge with reasonable notice.

 

5. Liability

• While we take every precaution to care for your property, EyesOn Marine & Home Services is not liable for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or third-party vendor errors.

• We are insured and committed to professionalism, but clients are responsible for maintaining homeowner’s insurance and vendor warranties.

 

6. Privacy & Data Use

• We respect your privacy and only collect information necessary to deliver services.
